Cameron P. Reagor

Cameron P. Reagor has a long and varied career in engineering. Cameron P. began their career in 1999 as a Graduate Assistant at the Applied Research Lab at Penn State. Cameron P. also worked as a Consultant at M&M Precision Systems, where they created custom transmission error prediction software and a custom graphical platform for data presentation and interpretation. From 2005 to 2007, Reagor was the Owner of North Star Acoustics, where they consulted on acoustic and noise issues, conducted industrial software development and web development, and conducted drivetrain analysis and gear design research. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Director of Research & Development at Boulder Wind Power, where they managed company-wide electromagnetic technology generation and development, launched, lead, and/or personally executed numerous company research initiatives, and evaluated multidisciplinary project performance. From 2010 to 2014, Reagor was the Technical Director at Ogin, Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of next generation wind turbine design and development. In 2016, they were the Co-Founder of Pecos Wind Power, where they led business planning and financing, had direct customer contact and insight, and was the technical lead of drivetrain and electromagnetics. Also in 2016, Reagor was the CTO of AVATAMA, where they were responsible for the technical vision and direction, designed the Reality Distillation Engine, and was the business development lead. Finally, they were the Principal Engineer of Ninja R&D at SharkNinja, where they led powered drivetrain development for future motorized kitchen devices, built a rapid-development drivetrain pipeline and analysis base for future product, and created an elite product path integrating industry leading technologies.

Cameron P. Reagor earned a Ph.D. in Acoustics from Penn State University between 1999 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman between 1995 and 1999.
