Niel Brown

Niel Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Niel is currently working as the Director of Clinical Systems - Imaging at Pediatrix Medical Group, where they are responsible for integrating imaging solutions for medical specialties across multiple locations in the United States. Prior to this, Niel worked as the Senior Global Product Manager at FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc., where they led product development and managed cross-business collaboration groups.

Niel also has extensive experience at Pediatrix Medical Group, where they served as a PACS Clinical System Admin and later as the Technical Director and Chief Sonographer. In these roles, they managed echo-cardiology labs, supervised technologists and physicians, and ensured compliance with accreditation standards. In addition, Niel worked as an Adjunct Professor at Baptist Health System School of Health Professions, where they taught MRI curriculum.

Earlier in their career, Niel held the position of Assistant Director of Radiology at Medina Regional Hospital, where they supervised technologists and front desk personnel and managed accreditation policies. Niel also worked as a Cardiovascular Technologist III at UT Health San Antonio, performing non-invasive diagnostic ultrasound and assisting in clinical instruction.

Niel's career began in the US Navy, where they served as a Corpsman. Throughout their career, Niel has demonstrated expertise in clinical systems integration, product management, team leadership, and accreditation compliance.

Niel Brown holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Data Analytics from Grand Canyon University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the same institution, both completed from 2016 to 2019. Niel also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from Midwestern State University, earned between 2013 and 2015. In terms of certifications, they are recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, with the ARRT(R) designation obtained in 2016. Niel also holds certifications in RDCS (AE, PE, FE) and RVT from ARDMS, obtained in 2007 and 2004 respectively.
