Maureen Heck

VP of Customer Experience at PeerAssist

Maureen Heck is the current VP of Customer Experience at PeerAssist. Prior to their current position, they were with California Drywall Co. from September 2015 to August 2021 as a Project Assistant in the Drywall Division. From June 2005 to September 2015, they were Office Assistant with Abundance ~ a skincare studio where they were responsible for bookkeeping, calendar maintenance, marketing emails, and special events. Heck's career began with Progressive Insurance from October 2002 to November 2004 as an Auto Claims Representative. Maureen then went on to be Branch Manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car from August 1999 to September 2002.

Maureen Heck has a BA in International Relations and French from the University of California, Davis. Maureen also has a diploma from Archbishop Mitty High School.

Maureen Heck reports to Matt Wagoner, CEO. They work with Jerad Ferrell - Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, Petar Ivanov - Manager of Development, and Theresa Jutagir - Chief Product Officer. Some direct reports include Stacey Dalton - Account Executive, Kathy Foster - Customer Success Manager, and Mona Alloush - Account Executive.
