Will Cass has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Will began their career in 2000, working in multiple sales and operational roles. In 2009, they worked as a Junior Social Business Consultant at Headshift. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Sales Enablement Lead at Pegasus Consultancy Services Ltd. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Vendor Alliance Director at the same company. In 2013, they joined Global Knowledge UK as a Senior EMEAR & APJC Sales Performance Coach. During the same year, they also took on the role of Annuity Sales Readiness Manager at The Cluster Group. In 2015, they worked as a Sales & Cloud Readiness Trainer at Engage ESM Limited. In 2016, they served as a Non Executive Director at APPLIform. In 2019, they joined Clockworx Business Orchestration Solutions as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Co-Founder.

Will Cass has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology/Politics from the University of Westminster. Will also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Open University. In 2015-2016, they completed an Executive Business Development Programme at Cass Business School, focusing on Gateway to Global Growth.

Additionally, Will Cass has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Will is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals since August 2021. Will is also a Certified Sales Specialist certified by Easy Software Ltd. in May 2017, and a Chartered Manager CMgr MCMI certified by the Chartered Management Institute in February 2017. Will earned the certification for Winning & Delivering Export Business from UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) in February 2014.

Furthermore, Will Cass has obtained various certifications related to Cisco systems. Will is a Certified Cisco Business Instructor (June 2013) and holds certifications in Information and Storage Management (May 2013), Applying Cisco Specialized Business Value Analysis (November 2015), Executing Cisco Advanced Business Value Analysis (November 2015), Cisco Business Value Practitioner (October 2015), Cisco Business Value Analyst (April 2015), Cisco Security Sales Specialist (April 2015), Small to Medium Business Selling for Account Managers (SMBAM) (January 2014), and Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician (January 2013). Will is also a Cisco Sales Expert v6 (August 2013).

Will Cass has obtained additional certifications as well. Will has completed the Selling BYOD course from Global Knowledge UK in April 2014. Will holds the ITIL Foundation v3 certification from APMG International, obtained in December 2011. Furthermore, they have a Prince 2 Foundation certification from APM Group obtained in November 2010. Lastly, they have completed a Public Speaking course from the London Academy of Media Film and TV in February 2009.
