Lisa Zwissler

Lisa Zwissler, MBA, has a strong background in compensation and human resources. Lisa is currently working as the Principal Compensation Partner at Pegasystems, a position they started in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Indiana University Health from 2018 to 2022, holding the role of Senior Compensation Consultant. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Compensation Analyst at Indiana University Bloomington. Lisa also has extensive experience at Indiana University Health, where they held various roles including Compensation Consultant, Human Resources Project Coordinator, Human Resources Consultant, and Human Resources Coordinator from 2012 to 2017.

Lisa Zwissler, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Administration at Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2012.
