Matthew Giannetti is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Pelham Country Club since March 2024, Matthew has previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Old Oaks Country Club from June 2022 to February 2024. Earlier career roles include Sous Chef at the American Yacht Club and Sandbar, as well as Chef De Partie at The Iroquois New York Hotel.
