Cynthia Suarez

Cynthia Suarez has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cynthia started their career at HEB in 2000 and held multiple positions including Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, and Project Manager until 2010. Cynthia then transitioned to the education sector, joining KIPP Austin Public Schools as a Teacher in 2010. Over the years, they took on various roles such as Teacher and Grade Level Chair, Assistant Principal, College Counselor & Seminar Teacher, and eventually became the College Counseling Manager. In 2016, Cynthia pursued higher education at Sam Houston State University and worked as a Graduate Student until 2019. During this time, they also served as a College Advisor at Texas State University for a brief period in 2019. Since 2019, Cynthia has been associated with PelotonU where they initially worked as a College Completion Coach and later advanced to the position of Director Of College Completion.
