Silvio Delgado, M.Ed. has a diverse work background that spans over a decade. Silvio began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Arizona State University from September 2010 to May 2011. Following this, they joined Teach For America as an Academic Dean, where they developed instructional strategies and provided coaching to new teachers from January 2010 to July 2014.

Afterward, Silvio joined Roosevelt School District as an Assistant Principal at Sunland Elementary School, where they supported existing systems and implemented restorative justice practices.
