Pamela Hatt

Pamela Hatt has extensive work experience in the banking and credit union industry. Pamela worked at Pen Air Credit Union from 2012 to 2018, starting as a Marketing Manager and eventually becoming the Vice President of Marketing. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the Marketing team and focused on providing excellent member experiences.

Prior to Pen Air Credit Union, Hatt worked at Regions Bank from 1996 to 2012. Pamela held the position of North Florida Area Marketing Manager, Vice President, where they developed and implemented strategic plans to support sales goals across multiple lines of business. Pamela also managed community relations programs, public relations, advertising, and sponsorships for the region.

Hatt also gained experience in the retail industry, working as a Sales Manager at Nike from 1994 to 1996. Before that, they worked at Wachovia Bank and San Clemente Savings Bank as a Customer Service Representative.

Their work experience began in the US Navy, where they served as an Electrician's Mate from 1985 to 1988.

Pamela Hatt attended Pioneer High School from 1979 to 1981, where they obtained a diploma in College Prep. Additionally, they pursued studies in Public Relations and Marketing at California Polytechnic University. In 2016, Pamela obtained the CUNA Marketing and Business Development Certification at CUCME from the Credit Union National Association.
