Senior Director, Customer Success Management at PeopleGrove

Jenifer Luton, M.Ed., has extensive experience in customer success and educational services, currently serving as the Senior Director of the Customer Success Management Team at PeopleGrove since February 2019. In this role, Jenifer manages a team of six, focusing on forecasting, renewals, and customer satisfaction strategies, while previously holding the positions of Director and Enterprise Partner Manager. Prior to joining PeopleGrove, Jenifer worked at Pearson from 2010 to 2019 as National Director of Institutional Services and East Regional Director of Strategic Partnerships, where responsibilities included sales strategy development and execution for online tutoring services. Early career experiences include roles at SMARTHINKING, StraighterLine, Montgomery College, and the University of South Carolina, culminating in a strong background in higher education and student affairs, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Clemson University and a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina.
