Ingrid Alexandra Silva Gamero has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Ingrid Alexandra began their career at BS Grupo in 2012 as an Organizational Development Practitioner in the Human Resources department. In 2014, they joined Grupo Roberts - NISSAN as a Human Resources Analyst, where they were responsible for managing job descriptions, talent and succession planning, recruitment processes, and working with HR Shared Services. In 2018, Ingrid transitioned to Korn Ferry as a Recruiter for Professional Search & RPO. Ingrid Alexandra then joined PageGroup in 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in Finance & Legal and Sales & Marketing. In 2021, Ingrid worked as a Senior Recruiter at DoorDash before moving on to roles as a Recruiter at IQTalent Partners, Inc. and Lead Recruiter at peoplepath. Most recently, they held the position of Lead Recruiter at VidMob from January to December 2022. Currently, they are a Lead Recruiter at Arrive Logistics since May 2022.

Ingrid Alexandra Silva Gamero pursued their education by first attending Universidad Católica de Santa María from 2010 to 2014. There, they achieved a degree in Grado en Ingeniería, with a focus on commercial engineering. In 2017, they enrolled at the University of Buenos Aires to pursue a Human Resources Master's degree, specializing in human resources. Ingrid Alexandra completed this program in 2018.
