Riya Desai is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in project management and marketing within the fashion and beauty industries. Currently at L'Oréal since January 2020, Riya manages projects that generate over $2M annually while overseeing a budget exceeding $600K. Prior to L'Oréal, Riya served as a marketing project manager at Puig, where successful campaigns for Carolina Herrera Fragrances resulted in a 27% increase in brand recognition in the U.S. market. Additional roles include consulting on public relations for Scotch & Soda, leading marketing efforts for various product launches, and positions in visual merchandising with multiple organizations. Riya holds a Master's degree in Professional Studies in Fashion Marketing from LIM College and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication from NIFT Gandhinagar.
