Hong-Ha Hoang

Hong-Ha Hoang has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They most recently worked at Perenco as the Head of Group Technical Data Services starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Production & Operation Analyst at INEOS from June 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing production data, managing relationships with partners, and expanding access to production data through the development of KPI scorecards dashboards.

Hong-Ha also worked at BP, first as a Subsurface Information Management Specialist - Service Team Sunbury from March 2018 to June 2019, and then as a Geoscience Technologist from August 2017 to February 2018. They gained experience in data management and analysis during these roles.

Additionally, Hong-Ha worked as a Data Manager Consultant at Sword Group from April 2013 to May 2019, and as a Data Manager Analyst Consultant at Suncor Energy from April 2013 to June 2018. They also gained experience as a Geoscience Technologist at Heritage Oil Ltd from July 2015 to January 2016, and as a Well DM Consultant - Project at DONG Energy from August 2014 to December 2014.

Earlier in their career, Hong-Ha worked as a Technologist at BP in 2014, a Trainee Geologist at Talisman Energy Inc. from July 2008 to December 2008, and a Maths Tutor in a part-time job while at university from 2004 to 2007.

Hong-Ha Hoang completed a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they attended Le Khiet High School for the gifted, where they focused on Advanced Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Computing. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's Degree in Petroleum Geoscience - Basin Analysis at Royal Holloway, University of London from 2009 to 2010.
