Laura Castillo Bernal

Laura Castillo Bernal has a diverse work experience. Laura began their career at Knowbi Agencia Digital in 2011 as a Director of Projects. In 2013, they joined PRAGMA as an Online E-Commerce Ecosystem Consultant, where they were responsible for determining and evolving the service and value offer of the e-commerce business. Laura also served as an Account Manager, overseeing the digital strategy and transformation projects for various brands. From 2018, they worked at Universidad EAFIT as a Continuing Education Instructor. In 2022, Laura joined Fēnom Digital as a Senior Presales Consultant for LATAM, and later, in 2023, they joined Perfaware as a Pre-Sales Engineer Consultant.
