Brighid Hanrahan-Balon

Brighid Hanrahan-Balon, MPH, PMP, CSPO, currently serves as the Senior PM/DXP PM Lead at Perficient since November 2023, following a progressive career where multiple roles were held at Americaneagle.com from 2019 to 2023, including Program Manager overseeing four programs. Prior experience includes managing eCommerce systems at Joint Commission Resources, achieving system error reductions, and improving customer fulfillment speed. Earlier roles at Follett Higher Education Group involved training over 50 new store managers, enhancing eCommerce strategies, and managing multiple college bookstore websites, contributing significantly to online sales growth.
