Bob Brantly is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in seafood sales and executive chef roles. Currently serving as Fresh Seafood Sales Director at Performance Food Group since January 2017, Bob has previously held key positions at Sysco, including Seafood Sales Director for the Fresh Seafood Program and Business Resource Premium Protein Specialist. Bob's early career includes notable executive chef positions at Hope Valley Country Club, Raleigh Country Club, and Pawleys Plantation Golf and Country Club, where significant improvements in food and beverage departments were achieved. Additionally, as Corporate Chef for Divine Dining Group, Bob contributed to the culinary development of 13 restaurants, including a Wine Spectator Grand Award winner. Bob began in the culinary field as a sous chef at Sea Captains House Restaurant, recognized for its excellence in Southern seafood. Bob holds credentials as a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) and an Accredited Executive Chef (AAC) from East Carolina University.
