Eric Lauritzen

Eric Lauritzen has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on research and development and technology management. Eric is currently working as the Engineering Director of Research and Development at PERI USA since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at TejasFalcon from January 2020 to August 2022. From March 2017 to August 2022, Eric owned and operated WESK Works Inc. Eric also held the position of Vice President of New Technology at RESMAN from December 2015 to February 2017. Eric has held various roles at Maersk Oil, including Team Lead of Long Well Conformance Control, Lead Production Technologist, and Lead Well Technologist, during their tenure from 2012 to 2015. Before that, they worked at Saudi Aramco as a Petroleum Engineering Specialist and Technology Group Leader in Advanced Well Completions from 2006 to 2012. In addition, Eric has worked in global account management at Reslink and as a project manager and project engineer at Weatherford. Eric started their career as a Senior Design Engineer at Baker Hughes and served in the US Navy as an Operation Specialist Second Class Petty Officer.

Eric Lauritzen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston in 1998. Eric then pursued a Master's degree in International Business at the University of St. Thomas (TX), completing it in 2006.
