Susann Burnell

Susann Burnell has a strong background in presales engineering and solution consulting. Susann currently holds the role of Principal Presales Engineer at Personetics since September 2023. Before that, they worked at Zendesk as a Principal Solutions Consultant from April 2021 to September 2023. Prior to their time at Zendesk, Susann worked at Salesforce in various roles, including Strategic Lead Solution Engineer from August 2020 to April 2021, Lead Solution Engineer for Financial Services in UK and Ireland from February 2018 to August 2020, and Senior Solution Engineer for Financial Services and Real Estate in UK/Ireland from September 2016 to January 2018. Susann also has experience at IBM, where they held roles such as Cloud Platform Services Architectural Advisor - Bluemix from August 2014 to August 2016 and Technical Sales Representative from October 2012 to September 2014. Susann started their career at IBM as a Corporate Student from October 2009 to September 2012.

Susann Burnell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Information Technology from DHBW Mannheim, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Weddington High School from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the BCS Certificate in Modelling Business Processes from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in June 2019, the IBM Certified Application Developer - Cloud Platform V1 from IBM in April 2016, the Certificate in Professional Digital Selling from the Digital Marketing Institute in October 2015, and the ITIL Foundations v3 from TÜV Rheinland AG in July 2012.
