Benoit CHAUVIERE

Benoit CHAUVIERE has been working in various roles since 2005. Benoit began their career at BIOSUD as a Chef d'Exploitation, where they managed 25 permanent and 35 seasonal employees, oversaw agricultural work, and implemented 5S, BPF, HACCP, and maintenance preventive measures. In 2008, they joined McCain Foods as a Project Manager and Chef d'Atelier, where they piloted a group in connection with two US/Canadian factories, conducted statistical analyses, and reduced production of out of specification items by 30%. In 2012, they moved to Unilever as a Senior Process Engineer, Project Delivery Engineer, and Maintenance Manager, where they increased OEE by 10% in 6 months. In 2018, they joined Mars as a Site Industrial Engineer. Finally, in 2020, they became the Director of Engineering at Les Nouveaux Fermiers, which later became HappyVore. In 2022, they will become the Engineering & Maintenance Director at Petit Pot.

Benoit CHAUVIERE obtained their Diplôme d'ingénieur from AgroParisTech between 2002 and 2004, where they studied Agro-industrie/affaires agricoles, Régions Chaudes.
