Mita Matharu has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Mita is currently working as the Vice President of Technology Transformation at PGIM Fixed Income. In addition to this, they are a member of Chief, a private network focused on empowering women leaders. Mita also serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary for Women in Agile, a non-profit organization supporting women and allies in the agile community. Prior to these current roles, they held positions at Bank of America, Dun & Bradstreet, Honeywell, Cigna, CVS Health, and Sweet & Sassy Franchising. In their previous roles, Mita has held positions as a Senior Vice President, Director, Agile Delivery Leader, Agile Program Manager, Global Program Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Owner, and Program Manager. Mita has a proven track record of driving transformational change, managing programs with significant budgets, and implementing agile methodologies. Mita Matharu attended Rutgers University, where they obtained a degree from the Rutgers School of Business in Management Information Systems and Services. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Generative AI Fundamentals from Google and Introduction to Prompt Engineering for Generative AI from LinkedIn in 2023. Mita also holds certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, SPC 5.1 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, and SSM-Scaled Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017.
