Bjørn Korsveien

Bjørn Korsveien has a strong background in finance and treasury, with over 30 years of experience. Bjørn started their career as an Advisor at Kredittilsynet in 1989, where they provided expert guidance until 1995. Bjørn then moved on to Nycomed Amersham Plc, where they served as an International Treasurer for five years. In 2000, they joined Stepstone ASA as a Treasurer, and in 2002 they became a Risk Adviser at Nordea Markets. Since 2005, Bjørn has been with Petroleum Geo-Services ASA, holding the positions of Group Treasurer and VP Finance. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing various financial aspects, including financing, bank relations, risk management, and cash management. Bjørn's extensive experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the finance industry.

Bjørn Korsveien completed their Master's degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School in the years 1985 to 1989. Later in 1993, they pursued a Master's degree in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi, focusing on business administration, economics, and international relations.
