Shannon Erickson

Shannon Erickson, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles in human resources. Shannon started their career as an Assistant Bookkeeper at Jersey Jim Towers TV in 2000. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at Hal-Tec. Shannon then joined Ker's WingHouse as a Payroll Administrator from 2010 to 2013. At Ker's WingHouse, Shannon held the position of Director of Human Resources from 2013 to 2015, where they managed various HR functions such as benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and policy compliance. Shannon also worked on legal matters and handled employee performance appraisals and terminations. Shannon continued their HR career as an HR Manager at Arthur Rutenberg Homes from 2015 to 2016 and a Human Resource Account Manager at Corban OneSource from 2016 to 2017. Shannon then joined Team Beachbody as an Independent Business Coach from 2015 to 2020. Currently, Shannon is serving as the Human Resources Director at PharmaLink, Inc. from May 2020 onwards.

Shannon Erickson, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences with a focus on Sociology & Political Science from the University of South Florida. Shannon graduated from the university in 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Shannon obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation in January 2021 from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Shannon also achieved the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in June 2021. Shannon holds numerous certifications from LinkedIn, including Designing a Training Program: Setting Goals, Objectives, and Mediums in February 2023, Strategic Human Resources in February 2023, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified from MSI Certified in October 2020, Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in March 2020, Human Resources: Pay Strategy in March 2020, Certification Prep: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)® in February 2020, Human Resources Foundations in March 2019, and Strategic Thinking in March 2019.
