Steve Obia has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Steve started their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they worked in various software and network consulting roles from 1987 to 2008. Steve then joined PokerStars as the Director of Operations, overseeing customer service operations globally. After that, they served as the COO of Visionary iGaming, where they managed various aspects of the company, including hiring and payroll.

In 2013, Steve transitioned to Vialinx SA as the Director of IT, where they restructured the IT department and successfully implemented a new integrated set of operational and business systems. Steve then worked as a management consultant from 2015 to 2018, taking on change management and organization dynamics projects to help companies enter domestic and international markets.

From 2018 to 2023, Steve worked as a Director of Customer Success at Jive Software and later as the Vice President of Customer Success. During this time, they also served as the Director of Customer Success EMEA. Currently, they hold the position of Director Services & Success at Pharos.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in IT management, operations, customer success, and consulting.

Steve Obia completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at North East London Polytechnic from 1984 to 1987. Steve then pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Alameda Business School between 1996 and 1999, specializing in the field of Business.
