Phillip Jeffries is looking to expand our Customer Experience (CX) team in London and we are currently accepting applications for a Customer Experience Sales Support Specialist role.

Our Customer Experience (CX) team aims to “WOW” our customers! We are seeking  a customer-centric team player that is committed to providing the world’s best service.

In this role, the qualified candidate will lend specialized support within the CX Department and provide exceptional service to the luxury interior design community. The Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and team oriented. This role will report to our Assistant Manager of Customer Experience (CX) Operations and work a hybrid schedule out of our London office.

What you will be doing: 

  • Own all Data Entry Functions
    • Enter purchase orders
    • Enter sales orders
  • Own all Order Shipment facilitation
    • Release orders
    • Create shipping documents (Customs & SLI)
    • Create packing slips
    • Track all shipments & provide details to Customer
  • Offer World Class Customer Support
    • Before, during & after the point of sale (as needed)
    • Ensure swift & win/win resolutions to any claims
  • Assist in Customer Follow up
    • Follow up on memo orders

    • Follow up on all open reserves

    • Follow up on customer emails and inquiries

    • Liaison with customers over the phone

 Must have: 

  • Must live in London or the Greater London Area

  • Must be fluent in Spanish

  • Fluent in Italian or any European Language, a plus

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales support and/or data entry role

  • Keen interest and appreciation for luxury products and interior design

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong computer skills including data management, Excel and various communication platforms

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent time management and follow up skills

  • Able to multitask and prioritize

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Proactive approach to problem solving

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Upbeat, energetic, can-do attitude

  • Able to work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote.
