Lead the financial charge of a revolutionary clean technology company at the forefront of critical metals production!    We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team, driving financial strategy and propelling our growth trajectory. You will play a pivotal role in securing capital, optimizing financial performance, and navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving clean tech landscape. With your strategic acumen and leadership expertise, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company and maximizing shareholder value. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies: Lead the development and execution of long-term financial plans, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives and driving sustainable growth.
  • Secure funding and manage investor relations: Cultivate strong relationships with investors, analysts, and lenders, spearheading fundraising initiatives and effectively communicating the company's financial performance and future potential.
  • Oversee all financial operations: Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, managing financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Drive business transformation and innovation: Partner with the executive team to identify and implement strategic initiatives that optimize operational efficiency, enhance profitability, and unlock new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Champion a culture of transparency and accountability: Foster a collaborative and ethical work environment within the finance team, prioritizing open communication, data-driven decision making, and adherence to the highest standards of corporate governance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success as a CFO, preferably within the clean technology or mining industries.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior financial management roles, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building high-performing finance teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for clean technology and commitment to sustainable business practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
