Donna D. Howard

Donna Howard, SPHR, SCP, MBA, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PhyNet Dermatology LLC since June 2022, leading human resources for a national dermatology practice management organization with over 120 locations. In addition, Howard has been an Executive Education Instructor for PHR/SPHR Certification at the University of Dallas since 2020, bringing over twenty years of teaching experience across multiple higher education institutions. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer for Hoy Health and Sonic Healthcare USA, as well as Vice President of Human Resources at Fresenius Medical Care and Ernst and Young. Howard holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University.
