Raj Singh

Raj Singh has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Raj is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Physician Housecalls, LLC since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Synchrony as the Vice President from September 2018 to July 2023.

Between 2011 and 2018, Raj held the role of Sr. Director, Project Management at CIGNA, where they were responsible for leading the Project Delivery Organization and successfully overseeing the remediation of the Senior Segment business.

Before that, they served as the CIO at Connecticut Water from December 2008 to March 2011. In this role, Raj re-defined and built the IT organization and achieved key accomplishments such as implementing an IT capital planning and budgeting process and introducing new capabilities through system upgrades and enhancements.

From January 2005 to April 2008, Raj worked at Gartner, Inc. as a Program Director, where they defined and implemented the CRM strategy for various departments. Notable achievements during this period include facilitating a successful $100 million acquisition of Meta Group and collaborating with stakeholders to create a strategic roadmap for sales, marketing, and customer service organizations.

Raj's earlier experience includes positions such as Senior Project Manager at Hyperion Solutions and Director of IT at META Group.

Raj Singh holds an MBA degree in Management and Finance from the University of Connecticut, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 1992 to 1994. Their undergraduate studies were completed from 1988 to 1992 at Delhi College of Engineering, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering.
