Inna Karyeva

Inna Karyeva has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Inna began their career as an Intern in Financial Planning & Analysis at Atlantic Coast Media Group in 2011. In 2012, they joined Evolent Health as an Associate Program Manager and subsequently took on roles as an Engagement Manager in Solutions Development and Associate Director in Health Plan Product Development.

In 2016, Inna pursued their MBA at The Wharton School and completed the program in 2018. Inna then joined UnitedHealth Group in 2017, initially serving as Chief of Staff in Strategic Initiatives for OptumCare before transitioning to the role of Vice President in Risk Product. In 2020, they took on additional responsibilities in Medicare Advantage Strategy and Operations for OptumCare.

Currently, Inna holds the position of COO for Medicare ACOs at Physician Partners, starting in November 2022. Overall, their work experience highlights their expertise in healthcare strategy, operations, and product development.

Inna Karyeva completed their high school education at Stuyvesant High School from 2004 to 2008. Inna then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Carnegie Mellon University, graduating in the year 2012. Inna subsequently continued their studies at The Wharton School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 2016 to 2018.
