Nick is currently employed at physIQ as a Lead Data Engineer, where they manage a team of engineers in an IoT healthcare company. Nick is responsible for overseeing the analysis of patient data using custom AI models and wearable sensors. Prior to their current role, Nick founded Gogododo in 2014 and served as the founder. Nick also worked at Sprout Social, Inc. as a Senior Platform Engineer from 2015 to 2019. At Tuenti, they held multiple roles including Voip Senior Software Engineer, DevOps/Tools Lead, and Backend Senior Software Engineer from 2008 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Nick worked at Disney Interactive Studios as a Software Developer in 2007 and at Electronic Arts as a Programmer from 2005 to 2007. At Electronic Arts, they worked on projects such as Battlefield 2 Modern Combat and Half-Life 2, where they utilized C#, C++, and designed abstract factory patterns and job managers for file and save systems.

Nick Flink received their High School Diploma in Computer Science from Shawnee Mission South High School in the years 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Kansas State University from 2000 to 2004.
