Jocelyn Chang, BA, CPHR

Jocelyn Chang, BA, CPHR has over nine years of experience in Human Resources. Jocelyn began their career in 2013 as a HR Analyst with Encana Corporation, where they held various HR positions and gained expertise in talent acquisition strategies. In 2016, they moved to Herschel Supply Company as an HR Manager. In 2017, they joined Norsat International as an HR & Administration Manager and Glowbal Restaurant Group as an Executive Director of Human Resources. In 2018, they founded Imagine Better Solutions and in 2019, they became the Advising Leader at FLIK - Female Laboratory of Innovative Knowledge and HR Expert at Cormack Recruitment Ltd. Talent Acquisition Experts. In 2020, they became the Head of Strategic Operations at Pick My Brain and in 2022, they founded Tiger Cub Therapy and Elevated Ceramics.

Jocelyn Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle. Jocelyn is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources certified by CPHR Canada.
