Sejal Chhutani has extensive work experience in various industries, primarily in the retail and beauty sectors. Starting in 1995, Chhutani worked as Cabin Crew, Senior Trainer, and Inflight Manager for multiple airlines until 2002. Sejal then transitioned to become a Senior Trainer at Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute from 2006 to 2012.
Chhutani's retail career began in 2012 as a Regional Training Manager for Colorbar USA, where they trained staff on product knowledge, selling skills, customer handling, and more. Sejal also planned training programs and managed budgets.
From 2015 to 2019, Chhutani served as the Operations and Training Manager for Inglot Cosmetics at Major Brands India Private Limited. Following that, they worked as the National Head - Retail for MyGlamm cosmetics at Sanghvi Brands Limited.
In 2021, Chhutani joined Ajmal Perfumes India as the National Manager - Retail, where they oversaw the company's retail operations and managed the retail network of Co-Brand partner House of Anita Dongre.
