Amy Shaw

Amy Shaw has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles in different companies. Amy started their career at Arup in 2000 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and stayed with the company until 2012. Following this, they joined Laing O'Rourke as a People Lead, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Pilot Group Ltd in the position of Group Human Resources Director MCIPD since May 2022 and was previously a Head Of Human Resources at the same company starting from November 2020.

Amy Shaw completed their Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Social Skills at Sheffield Hallam University from 1999-2001. Amy also obtained a Higher National Diploma in Management from Birkbeck, University of London. Additionally, Amy has certifications including a Chartered MCIPD from CIPD (expected in 2023) and a CMI Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring Programme from the Chartered Management Institute (expected in 2022).
