Sterling A. Scott

Sterling A. Scott is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate finance, and financial services. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for M&A at Pine Gate Renewables since October 2019, Sterling has previously held roles as Associate Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel within the same firm.
