Mhrm Ivette Arias

Ivette Arias, MHRM, has an extensive work experience in human resources and operations. Ivette recently joined Pine Street Inn as the Vice President of Human Capital in October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Codman Square Health Center from April 2019 to October 2021. From March 2016 to April 2019, Ivette held the same position at Lynn Community Health Center. Ivette also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Commonwealth Care Alliance from October 2014 to March 2016. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Manet Community Health Center, Inc. from May 2012 to October 2014. Ivette's career started at the Boston VA Research Institute, Inc. where they held the role of Director of Human Resources/Operations from an unspecified start date to 2012.

Ivette Arias holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College (Boston), which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Public Policy & Community Studies from UMass Boston in 2010.
