Widya I. has a diverse range of work experience. Widya is currently working as the VP of People at Pintu since January 2022. Prior to that, they were an HR Consultant at granules from July 2020 to December 2021. In 2020, they also worked as a Student Manager at Cornell University from January to September. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Head of People at Dana Cita, a lending platform that provides affordable loans for tertiary education in Indonesia. Before that, they held various HR roles, including Head of People Management at Amartha from August 2016 to February 2017, HR Services Solution at PT. XL Axiata Tbk from January to July 2016, and HR Manager at Jobplanet from May 2015 to January 2016. Widya also worked as the Human Capital Development Manager at berniaga.com from January 2014 to February 2015. Their earlier experience includes being the Head of HR Indonesia & Malaysia at Freudenberg Group from April 2011 to January 2014 and HR Assistant Supervisor at Sony from December 2009 to April 2011.

Widya I. completed their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2004 to 2009. Widya then pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial & Labor Relations with a focus on Human Resources & Organization at Cornell University from 2019 to 2021. In October 2020, they obtained a certification in HR Analytics from Cornell University's ILR School.
