Esteban Ramirez

Esteban Ramirez has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Esteban started their career as a Logistics Analyst at GSK in 2015 and held this position until 2016. Afterwards, they joined Pipedrive as a Customer Solutions Expert from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to Ericsson, where they served as a Supply Delivery Manager until 2021. During this time, Esteban also worked as a Security Operations Center Analyst at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology for a brief period in 2020. In 2021, they joined Arvato Systems as a Security Operations Center Analyst before later moving to Pipedrive in the same role. In their positions as a Security Operations Center Analyst, Esteban has been responsible for improving security tools, conducting threat and vulnerability analysis, investigating and documenting information security issues, and developing processes.

Esteban Ramirez obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology between the years 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, spanning from 2009 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Esteban also acquired various certifications. These include the title of "Threat Hunter Elite" from RangeForce, obtained in June 2022, "SOC Analyst 2" from RangeForce, obtained in April 2021, "SOC Analyst 1 Elite" from RangeForce, obtained in March 2021, and "COVID19 Data Analysis Using Python" from Coursera, completed in October 2020.
