Luís Martins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 1998, they worked at TMN as a Customer Care Agent for over a year. In 1999, they joined Jazztel Telecomunicações as a Contact Center Coordinator, focusing on Partners Support. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at Onitelecom as a Telemarketing Teamleader. Luís then moved to Intrum Justitia in 2004 and served as a Collections Telephone Negotiator for a year. In 2005, they became a Collections Team Leader at Prosegur Activa. In 2006, they moved to Sonaecom and worked as a Contact Center Coordinator for the B2B department. Luís joined Prosegur in 2007 and held various roles, including Contact Center Manager and Customer Relations Coordinator. Luís worked at CGI from 2020 to 2022 as a Manager Consulting Delivery. Currently, they are the Global Head of Customer Solutions at Pipedrive since October 2022.

Luís Martins received their Licenciatura degree in Linguística from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, which they pursued from 1995 to 2000. Luís later completed an MBA in Master of Business Administration at Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, spanning from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Luís also obtained a certification in "Princípios e metodologias do Agile" from Skillsoft in December 2020.
