Robert Rogina serves as the International Manager of Standardization & Quality at Pipelife International since October 2021, while concurrently providing coaching and supervision services through reflect2act.at. With extensive experience in managing plant operations and technical roles at Pipelife from 1991 to 2021, Robert has contributed to performance controlling, investment projects, and capacity improvements. Additionally, Robert holds a leadership position on the Strategy Board at the Polymer Competence Center Leoben GmbH and has completed various advanced education programs, including degrees in coaching, risk management, and integrated management systems, underscoring a strong commitment to professional development and organizational improvement.
