Carolina Gondo

Carolina Gondo has been working in the professional world since 2017. Carolina began their career as an Estagiária de Manutenção and Assistente Técnica de Infraestrutura at DP World. In 2019, they joined Xerpa as an Analista de operações, where they were responsible for redesigning, mapping, and continuously improving processes with various areas, creating playbooks, identifying communication bottlenecks between teams and establishing efficient internal communication methods, and assisting with project management. In 2020, they worked as a Project Leader (student) at Dinâmica Group and as a CS Operations Coordinator and CS Operations Analyst at oico (YC S20). Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst - Sênior and Business Analyst - Pleno at Pipo Saúde.

Carolina Gondo received their Bacharelado em Engenharia in Engenharia Civil from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho between 2012 and 2018. From 2015 to 2016, they attended University of Twente to pursue a degree in Engenharia Civil with a focus in Gerenciamento na Construção Civil. Additionally, Gondo has obtained various certifications from Alura, Udemy, Fundação Estudar, Dinâmica Group, and Saint Paul Escola de Negócios.
