Radu Niculcea

Radu Niculcea has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Radu started their career at Infotrend in 2012 as a Back End Developer. Radu then joined ELSE Digital Solution in 2013 as a Full Stack Developer. In 2015, they moved to DNN Sharp as a Frontend Developer.

In 2018, Radu joined Plant an App as a Team Lead, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they gained experience as a Customer Success Manager.

After that, Radu took on the role of Head Of Training at Plant an App in 2021, where they managed training materials and the Plant an App Academy platform. Radu also created and maintained documentation and ensured a smooth onboarding process for new people and partners.

Currently, Radu holds the position of Head of Delivery and Onboarding at Plant an App, a role they started in July 2022.

Radu Niculcea completed their education in a chronological order. Starting from 2009 to 2012, they attended Liceul Teoretic Alexandru Ioan Cuza, where they focused on studying Computer Science as their chosen field of study during their high school years. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2018, they pursued higher education at the University of Bucharest. During this time, Radu specialized in Sisteme Distribuite within the Computer Science program.

In addition to their formal education, Radu Niculcea obtained a certification as a Low Code Apprentice in June 2021. Radu completed this certification through the institution called Plant an App.
