Scott Eastman

Scott Eastman is currently serving as the Vice President and Construction Manager at Plant Construction Company, LP since August 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held various titles at Turner Construction Company from July 1999 to August 2023, including VP Construction Executive, Regional Operations Manager, SPD Manager, SPD Operations Manager, and Senior Project Manager. With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, Scott is well-versed in large project budget management, client advocacy, strategic planning, scheduling, value engineering, prefabrication and modular construction optimization, and overall risk management.
