Christa Carlton is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Platinum Dining Group since September 2017, Christa previously held the position of Sous Chef at the same establishment. Prior to this, Christa worked as Banquet Chef at Chesapeake Inn Restaurant and Marina from April 2014 to 2017, and served in front counter and take-out roles at Trattoria Di Napoli from August 2012 to August 2014. Earlier experience includes a position as Waitress/Food Prep at Movable Feast Catering from June 2011 to August 2012. Christa earned a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, completing the program in 2017.
