Joana Henderson

Joana Henderson has a diverse work experience in various senior roles and positions. Joana currently holds the position of Vice President, Portfolio Operations at Platinum Equity. Prior to this, they worked at Ingredion Incorporated, where they served as Head of Virtual Sales from 2021 to 2023. Earlier at Ingredion, they held roles such as Director of Partner Channel Strategy & Technical Sales, Director of Sales Strategy and Enablement, and Manager of Strategy and M&A. Before joining Ingredion, Joana worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from 2011 to 2014. Joana began their career as an Investment Banking Associate at Macquarie Group from 2007 to 2010.

Joana Henderson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Joana also completed the Senior Leader Program from The Wharton School and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Joint Honors Economics and Finance from McGill University. Additionally, Joana has obtained certifications as a Lean Champion with a concentration in Toyota Kata Coaches and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Ingredion Incorporated.
