Nitu Shukla has over 20 years of professional experience in software engineering and management. Nitu began their career in 1998 as a Software Engineer at Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd. (HFCL-Informatics) in India. In 2000, they moved to ASAP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi (India) as a Sr. System Analyst, where they managed, designed, developed, and tested various applications. In 2008, they worked as a Software Engineer at ATrust Pvt Ltd. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Sr. Software Engineer and an Agile Software Developer III at OZ Optics Ltd. and Performant Corp., respectively. In 2016, Nitu joined Mitel as a Lead Software System Developer, and in 2019, they became a Manager of Software Engineering at Enlighted Inc. Finally, in 2021, they became a Mentor of Engineering Leadership at Plato, and in 2022, they joined Adobe as a Senior Engineering Manager of Adobe Creative Cloud.

Nitu Shukla completed a Bachelor's of science in Computer Science from Delhi University between 1992 and 1995. Nitu then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya between 1996 and 1998. In 1999, they earned an MS (Software System) in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Between 2012 and 2014, they completed an Enterprise Java Developer from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Finally, they earned an Android Development Nanodegree from Udacity in 2015 and 2016.
