Chrissy Calabrese

Vice President Product Marketing at Playvox

Chrissy Calabrese, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Product Marketing at Playvox, where they lead a team responsible for developing positioning, messaging, and enabling the sales and marketing teams. Chrissy joined Playvox in 2022.

Prior to that, Calabrese worked at Five9 from 2020 to 2022, serving as the Senior Director of Product Management, WFO, and overseeing the integration of new products into the core portfolio. Chrissy also held a role in Product Strategy- Acquisition Integration.

From 2019 to 2020, Calabrese worked at Verint as the Vice President of Product Strategy and Interaction Analytics, where they collaborated with global teams to develop winning product and go-to-market plans.

Before Verint, Calabrese gained experience at Aspect Software from 2015 to 2019, progressing from Director of Product Management to Senior Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Workforce Optimization. During their time at Aspect Software, they contributed to significant booking growth, executed key initiatives to improve customer experience, and established herself as a market evangelist for Workforce Optimization best practices.

Furthermore, Calabrese worked at inContact from 2013 to 2015 as a Product Marketing Manager, focusing on increasing sales growth and expanding market share of their contact center solutions.

Earlier in their career, Calabrese held various management roles at Sykes (formerly ICT Group, Inc.) from 2007 to 2013, where they were responsible for corporate quality process governance and managed global operations and compliance.

Calabrese's work experience also includes a role as Client Relations Director at TPG TeleManagement from 2001 to 2007, where they managed quality, compliance, and performance for Fortune 500 clients.

Lastly, they began their career as a Ball Girl for the Philadelphia Phillies from 1998 to 2001, where they focused on creating an enjoyable customer experience while interacting with the public and professional players.

Chrissy Calabrese, MBA obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management/ Marketing from Holy Family University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Chrissy has also received certifications in Executive Leadership from Cornell University in April 2019 and in Customer Centric Selling in September 2014.
