Ismaily Piedra

Ismaily Piedra is currently serving as the SVP of People & Culture at Playvox since January 2021. Prior to this, Ismaily worked at Magic Leap as an HR Business Partner from July 2018 to January 2021, and at Xerox as the HR Director for the Latin America region from June 2014 to November 2017. Ismaily also held roles at Newell Rubbermaid, Discovery Communications, and Stanley Black & Decker, showcasing expertise in various aspects of human resources. Ismaily holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University.
