Tristan Gough

Tristan Gough is an experienced Product Owner currently overseeing the Leave Workforce Management product development lifecycle at Playvox, a leader in Workforce Management and Quality Assurance software for contact centres, since December 2022. Prior to this role, Tristan worked at Switch from September 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included discovering, delivering, and iterating products across multiple accounts, supported by skills in business analysis, quality assurance, user experience, and product management. Tristan's career includes a promotion to Senior Project & Engagement Officer at the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria, where responsibilities expanded, and earlier roles as an Engagement Officer and System Support Analyst focused on project support and technical aspects of information management. Tristan holds a Diploma in Information Technology from CPIT, attained between 2010 and 2012.
