Darren Finkelstein's work experience begins in 2010 as a Research Scientist at Reliable Biopharmaceutical Corp. Darren then joined Stanford University in 2011 as a Graduate Research Assistant, where they focused on synthesizing and evaluating analogs of neurotoxin (+)-saxitoxin for studies of voltage-gated sodium ion channels. Darren also developed fluorescent toxin conjugates for live cell imaging and covalent inhibitors for irreversible channel inhibition.
