Shein Ei Cho

Shein Ei Cho is a Senior Associate and Project Manager at the Public Library of Science (PLOS) since February 2020, where coordination of the peer review process for interdisciplinary scientific manuscripts and management of a large Editorial Board are key responsibilities. Previous experience includes a role as a Science Outreach Intern at The Tech Museum of Innovation, where hands-on genetic activities were led, and blog content was created. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University, Shein Ei Cho focused on Calcineurin phosphatase signaling and served as a Teaching Assistant for a lab course. Additional research experience includes positions at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Emory University School of Medicine, along with various roles supporting community outreach and education. Shein Ei Cho holds a Master of Science in Biology from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Agnes Scott College.
