Taline Yerganyan

Taline Yerganyan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Taline currently works at Plug and Play Tech Center as a Senior Partner Success Manager, where they are involved in building a unique ecosystem that connects startups, corporations, venture capital firms, universities, and government agencies across multiple industries to foster innovation. Prior to this, Taline worked at Plug and Play FoundHER as an Ambassador, Nordics, focused on supporting early-stage startups with at least one female founder through mentorship, workshops, events, networking opportunities, and exposure to investors and corporates.

Before joining Plug and Play, Taline worked at Rainmaking as a Program Director and Program Manager for their Urbantech program. Taline implemented strategies to meet philanthropic goals and oversaw operational activities to ensure the program was cost-effective and beneficial for stakeholders. During their time at Rainmaking, Taline helped and supported 39 startups in improving their business models. Taline also gained experience as an Event and Marketing Manager for Urbantech.

Additionally, Taline held positions at Tour Partner Group as an Operations Manager, TechBBQ as an Event Manager, Leopold Hotel Brussels EU as a Sales Executive, and the European Commission - DG HR as an Information and Communication Assistant. Taline also completed trainee roles at the European Commission - DG HR and Kinepolis.

Through their diverse work experience, Taline has developed strong skills in program management, operations, event management, sales, and communication.

Taline Yerganyan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles between 2006 and 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree at Louvain School of Management from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Marketing. In 2011, they also completed an Erasmus program, earning another Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Jönköping International Business School.
